Vocal powerhouse Gummy’ mother will debut as a singer.
Gummy’s mother Jang SookJung will be releasing her 1st full length album online and offline on 29th April, fulfiling her dream to be a singer after 30 years. And what is more special about the album release is that Gummy will be releasing her new album on 29th April as well.
And Gummy is showing as much support for her mother’s singer debut. Gummy has previously mentioned on various broadcast, “My mother sings better than me.” And Jang SookJung has already earned herself a nickname of ‘왕거미 (Queen Gummy)’ for her known vocal powers.
Jang SookJung’s debut song will be ‘Women are also…” It is known that Gummy is involved as joint producer for her mother’s debut album. She has written songs and appeared in chorus for mother’s debut album. And it is known that singers like Lyn, Lee Jung, YeongJi and YG composer Robin have all helped out with the album.
The album will include in total 10 songs.
