Netizen ridiculousness!
Would would be like if you could buy your favorite Korean stars online? In a special Gmarket(Korea’s eBay)-version parody, one netizen put Girls Generation (SNSD) leader Taeyeon up for sale.
Not only does she cost a zillion won (a bajillion? dollars), the shipping is free!
Probably what nailed this gag posting home were the comments from the Girls Generation members (fabricated).
“Sunny” left the comment, “This product is strange. Honestly, I really like this product when I bought it but after seeing the product in person, it went into the bathroom, locked the door, and won’t come out. How about giving more free shoe inserts?”
“Yuri” left, “Not bad, but this product seems perverted. Does it usually like looking at rearends?” Along with, “At night after I go to bed, [the product] watches adult videos in the living room. I’m so worried because of that, I can’t get any sleep these days. Can I get a refund?”
“Jessica” on the other hand, seems pleased commenting simply, “Very cute.”
In the end, it’s just another (crazy) netizen dream: buying and selling Kpop idols on the internet. Who would you buy? (Just asking.)
